Inventory Closeout 

Dragon Talon Games LLC is in the process of liquidating and closing out their inventory. During this processes, the following changes have been made to our policies.

  • ALL sales are final. Returns will only be accepted as a result of our error.
  • ALL products are sold as is.
  • Inventory will not be restocked. Inventory counts are finite and once an item is sold out it will no longer become available.
  • Backorders and Preorder are no longer offered.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time.
  • International shipping is no longer offered and domestic shipping options are limited to ground shipping with no expedited service available.
  • 10% discount is offered on all orders. Please use code Closeout10 during checkout process to have discount applied.

Pricing and Availability 

We make every effort to keep our web site updated with the current price and availability of all our products. However, due to the nature of internet browsing, an item may not be updated the instant it changes. For instance, your shopping cart may contain a product that was available when you added it to your cart, but has become unavailable before you completed your purchase. You may be notified throughout your transaction that an item in your cart is no longer available. For this reason, the products we sell are subject to availability and the status of availability should be used as a guide only. We can make no guarantees regarding price or availability.

  • Insufficient Stock
    We currently do not have enough quantity of a product in stock to fulfill the quantity of the product you are purchasing. This can be caused either by you requesting a quantity that is higher than our current stock at the beginning of your shopping experience or our current quantity has been depleted while you were completing your purchase (someone else purchased some first). If we have some stock remaining, you will be notified how many we have left and given the opportunity to adjust your order. If, however, we have completely sold out of an item, the item is no longer available and you will be required to remove it from your order. 
     
  • Available
    We currently have enough quantity of a product in stock to fulfill the quantity of the product you are purchasing. 
     
  • Currently Restocking
    We have temporarily sold all our stock of the particular product. However, we are currently in the process of ordering some more and will generally have them available for purchase again in about 3 – 5 days. 
     
  • Backorder
    Similar to ‘Currently Restocking’ where we have temporarily sold all our stock of the particular product. However, we are unsure of the time at which this product will be available again for purchase. 
     
  • Out of Stock
    We have sold all our stock of the particular product. However, we are currently unable to rebuild our stock of this product. Thus, the product will remain unavailable for purchase for an undetermined amount of time.

Pricing and Large Order Discounts 

Here at Dragon Talon Games LLC, we focus our efforts on making the customer experience as rewarding as possible. We prefer to concentrate on increasing our inventory lines and providing great customer service through all steps of your order. Our prices are based on many factors that take into account the manufacturer’s price and the market. We try to continually monitor the market and adjust our prices to stay competitive and feel confident that our prices are fair.

With this in mind, we do not price match. We also don’t offer any discounts for large orders. We want the customer experience to be at the same level of excellence for all our customers and not just concentrate on those that fall into special circumstances.

Condition

  • New Games
    These items come direct from distributors or manufacturers, have never been played, and are sealed in their original containers. The majority of the products we sell fall into this category. Due to inventory closeout, these items are NOT eligible for a return and are sold as-is. 
     
  • Used Games
    From time-to-time we may find used copies of older, out of print titles. These items are ready to play and have been cleaned up and checked to be sure they contain all necessary pieces. These items are NOT eligible for a return and are sold as-is. 
     
  • Like-New Games
    These items are essentially the same as New Games. They come direct from distributors or manufacturers, have never been played, and are sealed in their original containers. The contents of the game are still intact in new condition; however, they may contain minimal damage on the game packaging itself such as dings and dents. These items are NOT eligible for a return and are sold as-is.

Customer Reviews 

Customer reviews are your way to share your views with other gamers as well as providing a great tool for experiencing a product before you buy it. They are your way to participate in the content of our web site and help enhance the customer experience. We thank you for your contribution and ask that reviewers follow these guidelines when writing reviews:

  1. Please focus your review on the product itself. Do not hesitate to include positive or negative feedback. Although we hope everyone’s experience with a product is positive, we are happy to post any negative feedback you might have. This will help the experience of all gamers. Feel free to write as much information as you like. Including:
    • Likes / dislikes and why
    • Comparisons to other products
    • Things that could have improved the product
    • Things that could have been eliminated from the product
  2. When submitting your review, we ask that you include a valid email address. We will only use this address if we need to contact you about your review–it will not be posted with the review and will never be made available to any other company or individual for any purpose. 
     
  3. Please do not submit more than one review for a particular product. Remember this is a tool we provide for you to give your review of the product. The purpose of this tool is not a discussion forum. 

    If you would like to update or alter a previously submitted review, please email our customer service department and we will be happy to adjust your original review. 
     
  4. Please do not submit reviews from other sources or include passages from other sources which would violate the copyrights of others 
     
  5. Designers, publishers, distributors, and others directly involved in the production or sale or marketing of a particular game are not eligible to submit reviews of their own games. Game designers who wish to submit commentaries about their games should contact us via our ‘Contact Us‘ page or email us at  info@dragontalongames.biz . These submissions will be evaluated in the same manner as a customer review and are subject to the same guidelines and restrictions. Once approved, the will be posted in a special section on the product page titled Designer Remarks. 
     
  6. Please note that all reviews will be in English

Once a review has been submitted, the content will be evaluated before it can be posted. The following are restrictions that, if violated, will keep us from being able to post your comments. Please refrain from writing reviews that contain any of the following restrictions:

  • Foul or otherwise offensive language 
     
  • Email addresses, URL’s, phone numbers, or address information 
     
  • Prices, availability, or alternate sources 
     
  • Personal attacks or spiteful remarks pertaining to a designer, manufacturer, or another gamer

Cancellations 

Dragon Talon Games is committed to providing reliable, friendly service. We realize from time-to-time circumstances may arise that will require the cancellation of an order. An order may be cancelled up until the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but may be eligible to be returned (please see Returns below).

Guarantee / Returns 

Due to inventory closeout, all sales are final and all products are sold as is; returns are no longer offered. We will only accept a return for an item received as a result of our error and the item is returned in its original, unopened condition within 15 days of your receipt of the order. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

New, Like-New and Used items are NOT eligible for a return and are sold as-is.

Any request for a return must be made within 15 days of the shipping date (the date that we shipped the item to you). Further more, the item must be shipped back to us no later than 7 days from the date that you requested the return and received an RMA number.

All returns require prior authorization by Dragon Talon Games. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) to reference when making your return. If you need to return an item, please visit our RMA request page. After completing the form on the page, you will be contacted with your assigned RMA number and instruction on where to ship the item to and what to include with your shipment. If you have any questions, email us. You must have this return authorization number for your return to be processed .

When we receive a return, we can issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. Note: credit card refunds can only be given to the original purchasers.

When sending an item back, please include:

  • Your full name 
     
  • The full name of the purchaser (if not you) 
     
  • the packing slip (or a legible copy) 
     
  • the reason for your return 
     
  • your return authorization number (RMA) 
     
  • your preferred type of refund (Dragon Talon Games credit or credit card refund).

Please be sure to package your return so as to protect it from any damage during shipping. The best option will probably be to ship any returns back to us using the box and packing material you received the product in. For your protection, please use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your shipment and make sure you receive a tracking number.

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

*Please note: No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

Payment Information 

We accept Paypal and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and eCheck through the PayPal system.

Online Credit Card Payment 

All electronic payments are handled via PayPal. The security of your information, transactions, and money is very important to us and is the core business and top priority at PayPal.

Privacy Policy 

Customer Email Information
Dragon Talon Games LLC takes your privacy and security very seriously. We do not share or sell any customer account information. We use email addresses to send order confirmations, payment confirmations, order status updates, and shipping notifications. If you do not enter a valid email address, you will not receive any of these important notifications. Some email providers have spam or junk filters that block our automated email notifications, especially aol.com, gmail.com and hotmail.com. If you have not received an order confirmation within one hour of placing your order, please notify us.

Dragon Talon Games LLC will not send any soliciation emails (i.e. Newsletters) unless the customer opts to receive these in their account options, or during account creation.

Customer Phone Information
We do not use phone numbers for routine customer contact. FedEx and UPS require a phone number for delivery. They need a contact number in case there are problems encountered during the delivery of your package. Please provide a valid 10-digit daytime phone number.

Customer Payment Information
PayPal uses enhanced security to prevent fraud. For PayPal payments, all credit card, echeck, PayPal account numbers, or customer payment information are stored on PayPal’s secure servers. PayPal uses the most secure methods of data encryption and fraud prevention to insure that no one, not even Dragon Talon Games LLC, will have access to your payment information. Please see PayPal’s Privacy Policy for more information. Dragon Talon Games LLC does not keep any of your credit card information on our servers.

Free Shipping Information 

Dragon Talon Games offers free shipping on orders shipped to destinations within the Continental United States (48 contiguous – excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, etc.) that have a total product cost of $125.00 US or more.

Please note that free shipping is only available for Ground shipping to physical addresses only and does not include Post Office Boxes or Military Addresses. There is no discount on expedited shipping. Total product cost includes only the cost of the products within the order and does not include the cost of sales tax and shipping.

If your order contains products totalling more than $125.00 US and is being shipped to a destination within the Continental United States, the free shipping will show up in the list of available shipping methods and will display a cost of $0.00.

Standard Shipping within the United States

Dragon Talon Games makes every effort to ship all orders the same or next business day.

Please note that delivery times indicated when ordering do not include order processing time of up to two business days. Most orders are shipped the same or next business day

Please see our temporary shipping arrangements information on our home page. These arrangements will override parts of our shipping policies.

UPS is our preferred shipper for domestic orders and USPS is our preferred shipper for international orders.

When completing the order form, please be sure that all the shipping information provided is accurate and contains all apartment or suite numbers if applicable. UPS charges $5.00 for address corrections and these charges will be passed on to the customer.

Saturday delivery is not available.

Signiture confirmation is not available. We will provide tracking numbers when possible, this typically includes all domestic orders. Tracking numbers are not available on international orders. Dragon Talon Games, LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Standard shipping via UPS Ground service, usually takes 2 – 5 business days to arrive, depending on your location and distance from our main warehouse (West Coast, Zipcode 92131).

Flat Rate Tiered Shipping 

We are now offering flat rate tiered shipping based on the total product cost of the order.

  • Totol Product cost less than $15.00 = $6.99
  • $15.00 – $49.99 = $8.99
  • $50.00 – $74.99 = $11.99
  • $75.00 – $124.99 = $14.99
  • $125.00 and over = Free shipping

Post Office Box Shipping within the United States 

Priority shipping via USPS to Post Office Boxes usually takes 2 – 3 business days to arrive, depending on your location and distance from our main warehouse (Midwest, Zipcode 63376).

Military Shipping (APO/FPO)

Tracking 

If your package is shipped via UPS, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package from our website after logging into your user account. You can also visit the UPS website to track your package http://www.ups.com . Please note that if you have SPAM protection software or are an AOL user, then you may need to adjust you email settings in order to receive your tracking number. Lost Packages 

If for some reason you have not received your item, please notify our customer support at customersupport@dragontalongames.com . We will contact the shipper and attempt to track your package down. We will then notify you of any information we have received and let you know your options on how to proceed.

Damaged Orders 

We treat all orders here at Dragon Talon Games as if we were shipping them to ourselves. We want the products to arrive in the best possible condition they can. While we do our best to pack orders so that they arrive in the best possible condition, sometimes our packages, and their contents, are damaged in transit.

If your order is damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately. For our US customers, we will send replacements to you right away, and begin the claim process with the carrier. Keep all original packaging, including cartons and contents, until the claim resolution process is finished. This may (and often does) require you to surrender the damaged item(s) to the carrier. In most instances, teh carrier will pick up the damaged package at the place where it was delivered.
